Avocado Shake

Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it! Avocado shakes don't knock it till you’ve tried it! Avocado shakes are super creamy and good for you.

1 cup ice cubes 1 ripe avocado cubed 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup condensed milk

Add ice cubes, avocado cubes, milk and condensed milk to the blender. Blend till creamy. Approximately 3 min.

What’s not to love! It’s super easy to make, it’s healthy and satisfying! Avocado contributes incredible thickness and creaminess with little discernible taste

1 ripe avocado Lemon, for squeezing Sea salt 2 to 4 slices toasted bread

Halve the avocado vertically and remove the pit. Dice the avocado flesh while it's still inside the skin. Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle it with sea salt.

Step 1

Scoop the diced avocado flesh out of the skin and onto the toasted bread. Mash the avocado with the back of a fork. 

Step 2

The Avocado Crunch is a grilled chicken breast or 100% All-American beef burger with provolone cheese, fresh spinach, avocado, and chipotle dressing on top.
